Happy with my purchasewe bought 6 for a short-term rental fan is powerful and light is nice to be able to select mode with remote and sleek modern lookWe installed this fan in the dining area and the lighting is bright and works perfectly!UPDATE: After 6 calls to amazon and weeks of back and forth emails with the seller, who seemed to not understand the actual issue was a manufacturing defect, the seller did issue a full refund so that I could purchase a new fan. This was probably my favorite looking fan and the price would have been great if it worked. I did see the price has dropped since I originally purchased it. Ultimately I would purchase again because it did get settled but it could have been handled better from the beginning. One big thing to note: The seller lists it as being able to change light color (Kelvin) but I found NO way to do this and the seller keeps telling me its "dimmable" which is not the same thing as the color temperature (Kelvin) and also there was no way to dim this light using the remote. Even after I sent them a link explaining the difference they still told me the light was dimmable....fail.Unfortunately my contractors couldn't install the light before the 30 day return policy was up do to a setback. The fan does not work in "summer" (downdraft) mode when you switch the button over to "winter" (reversed) then it will work. The fan motor itself is quite loud, it makes a low repetitive hum that gets louder and faster with the increase in speed. Also the led light IS NOT CHANGEABLE. it clearly stated in the listing (that I took a screenshot of) you could choose from 3k 4k or 6500k and the led light panel has all 3 listed but there is no switch and no way to do it on the remote (I tried holding different button etc) and no instructions on how to do it. So basically I have a half broken fan with lights that don't match every single other light bulb in my house and now I am 7 days past the return date. Very unhappy.The fan is great for making wind and cools off a room faster.Great price also.This fan is non-standard for US homes. If you are replacing an existing fan with a downrod this fan will not work. It is fine for lower ceilings and easy to install. The reverse is not on the remote, you have to climb up to use a switch located on the fan unit.I love the look of this fan. Modern design. Impressed by the brightness of the LED lights. I installed this in my kitchen which is why I love the brightness. The price was also very good. I had my brother, who is a retired licensed electrician install it for me. The problem is, you cannot turn the light out without the fan turning off! At bedtime when I turn off my kitchen lights, I would like for the fan to stay on with the light off!I've been using it as it is for now but at some point will persue rectifying this problem. If any other buyers have or had this problem, I would love your feedback!I got two of these fans and they work great. The fan speed is great and they are pretty quite. The light has three or four different functions you can filter through just by flipping the switch on and off. However, when you initially turn the switch on, it makes this beeping sound and it drives me crazy. I’ve gotten used to it now, but it still makes me cringe when I turn it on. Other than that, they work great! ??
