This heater is designed well, had fairly robust components and was relatively easy to install. The entire heat and fan assembly is easily removed so that you can mount the housing. This is important given the weight of the unit as a whole. Once the housing is mounted the heat/ fan unit goes back in place with fair ease. The wiring access isn't terrible either. However, I would recommend a dedicated circuit for installation given the power demand of this unit unless the circuit you are using has very low demand for other needs. The cover grate is a heavy metal cover that will last a lifetime. The heater has a built in start delay for the fan to allow the heating unit to warm up so it takes a minute from turning it on for the fan to start. The output heat is nice. It isn't that blast of hot, rather a warm circulating air. The fan is a little noisy, likely around 5-6 sones or 45-50 decibels but that is my estimate and not an official sound rating.
