I think this is the largest purchase I've ever done on Amazon. We were looking for a show piece that we both agreed upon. This was my bfs choice and I went along because i also thought it was quite beautiful. I was impressed at how well packaged it arrived!You will need a concrete drill bit if you're selling into a concrete ceiling like we have.... it's very noisy and loud and quite messy...I held the vacuum nozzle up to the ceiling... thank God for face masks!My bf put it all together and I handed him the pieces... everything was well packed and well labeled. White cotton gloves were included to keep fingerprints off of the real crystal balls.I ordered through Amazon the proper bulbs and we purchased at Lowe's a new dimmer switch. I would say you need the right tools and have some handy skills before attempting the installation or hire someone who's competent.We have been enjoying it for several months now. Only thing is remember, crystal chandeliers cast prism type lighting. It hangs over our simple round white mid modern table and light teal chairs e ordered from Target.... simple yet sassy! It is amazing that you can purchase such fancy things like this stunning chandelier online and have it delivered right to your door! Two thumbs up!
