I bought this chandelier to go in my closet of our new build. It is beautiful but be prepared. The electrician rcalled me over to the house to let me know he had no idea how to assemble this. Directions that come with it did not help at all. Also, all the beads on this come individually wrapped. I think it took longer to unwrap the beads than to actually hang them. Since there are no instructions I wanted to let everyone know if you alternate beads starting at bottom (one round and then one of the double diamond shape) it turns out beautiful. I’m really glad I attempted to put it together and figured it out because it is stunning once assembled!It looks beautiful once assembled, based on what I have gone through my suggestion would be to hang it to ceiling first then do the electric connections and then start putting the millions pieces together, post assembly final piece is too heavy to hang and do the electric work.This is a really pretty fixture and perfect for my small bathroom. Lots of sparkle and elegance. The directions on how to hang the crystals are confusing. Hang the balls and diamonds alternately through the entire fixture and voila! You have something beautiful for a really good price.I am beyond happy with this purchase. The chandelier was everything I hoped for it’s so beautiful. I am missing one B crystal but I emailed the seller and I am waiting for a response.-update I received my B crystal today. But they did not email back I assume it was bc I had already gave them my info so they could send it to me. Either way tho I’m super happy that I received it. It was really a surprise. Overall please just be patient with Customer service.First This is a beautiful chandelier! It is large enough to be the focus of any room. The pendents are all glass and the sparkle is amazing. It is a very heavy piece, so you will need to have it installed by someone who knows how to secure it to the ceiling.The shipping was very fast, but my first package did not have the screws needed to put it together. The seller was quick to fix this! I appreciated that!The one reason I gave it 4 stars was because it comes in a million pieces! I expected to have to hang ever crystal, so that wasn't the issue. The entire metal basket that you hang each crystal on was in so many pieces, with little arm that all needed to be attached with tiny screws. Then the entire basket had to be attached layer by layer with special screws and other metal pieces... The instructions had no words and actually looked like a complicated geometry problem! That is what took the longest to get together! I actually could not have done it alone and had to have a friend come and help.Once that part was done the rest went very fast!And I cannot express how pretty this actually is! These pictures do not do it justice! I would love to have another one!This is a very beautiful Chandelier and worth beyond the price. The shine when the light is on is brilliant. I can't help staring at the chandelier I made a good decision to purchase this item. The installation was pretty much easy putting the chandelier together was easy the bad part was applying the chandelier Crystals that just took time. I love it!This chandelier is gorgeous and the assembly wasn't too bad, except for the missing screws. They provided 5 of each screw (1 extra of each), but screw B was supposed to be 8 (or 9). These were Metric 3.0 machine screws for those of you who encounter the same issue. I had to go to a good hardware store to find these (my local one didn't have anything close to what I needed). The good news is the crystals were already wired (I have purchased many crystal lights over the years and usually I have had to thread the wires into the crystals too). I bought the 20 inch for my 12x12 dining room and it's the perfect size for the room.I purchased a unit from the warehouse deal accepting the fact that it may have some damages. It came with incorrect screws, given me some trouble but, we could manage with a spare set I had in my toolbox, fortunately. It needed two people to install, and it took almost one hour for the base. Once it was fully installed and lighted, we were so happy. It is the best chandelier we have now at home.
