Beautiful fan and lighting. Upper crystals, however, are missing and were not sent or evven responded about upon notifying the manufacturer and seller. This, for me, takes away the overall experience with the fan quality. It works well with the remote and it runs silently. All great aspects,but I wanted to get crystals that shout ave come to begin with.This ceiling fan is cheap looking. I am so very disappointed in this fan. I had to wait for the electrician to install it past the return date. If I could return it I would. The blades are small and it is not a nice looking fan. Cheap look describes it all. I am going to have to use it because I can't afford to buy another. I am so disappointed in this fan. The material that it is made of is cheap looking. I would not recommend anyone buying this fan. I wish I could return it. This fan is not worth the price. Don't buy it.Tight area to get screw driver in made it hard to install. Once you get past that it is a great fan.Looking at it right now, nothing to dislike, it’s a lovely addition to my new homeI love the fan it's really nice but it was missing some of the crystals . I messages them three times . They never did get back to me. do to poor customer service I would not recommend this company at all. The fan doesn't look as nice with only half the crystals.
