Description
Product Description Valerie Sue Muller is a talented vocal artist and performer in concert, opera, musical theater and music ministry. Valerie has appeared on stage around the world, from Italy to Japan, and has performed in front of thousands across the country from New Jersey to California, and everywhere in between. Equally at home singing with a piano, a cappella, or with a 50-piece orchestra, she has entertained and inspired audiences with her unique talent and her rich and powerful voice. Valerie started singing at a very young age. Her classical vocal training has laid a foundation from which Valerie has been able to build a strong musical identity that is truly her own. She brings such joy of spirit and professional musicianship to her performances, which span the gamut of musical tastes. In the first of what has become an annual New Jersey charity concert event, Valerie and accompanist/conductor David Maiullo debuted an original version of 'How Great Thou Art' which has since become their signature finale. This piece gave birth to and inspired Valerie's venture into spiritual music, and was the centerpiece of Valerie's new recording, 'Lights.' 'Lights,' Valerie's debut album, is a collection of spiritual and inspirational music, ranging from classical (Bach, Handel) to traditional gospel to more contemporary song styles. 'Lights' also features the world premiere recording of 'Welcome to this New World.' Valerie appears on the album with her long-time collaborator, pianist/conductor David Maiullo. Also appearing on the album is Lauren Longo, the composer of 'Welcome to this New World,' which Valerie also premiered in concert. Valerie's second CD, 'Stages,' was released in 2003 and features songs from stage and screen. It is also now available at CDBaby!
