Every Casablanca fan we have installed in our house has performed superbly. This one is no different. We look forward to many years of reliable service from it.Unfortunately, a part broke about six months after we installed the fan. Fortunately, Hunter/Casablanca provided exceptional customer service. I emailed the company explaining the problem and providing a picture. Within a couple of hours, they responded with an offer to send me an entirely new fan, since the broken part was backordered. The fan arrived a few days later. I'm sure that the broken part was a fluke--we have other Casablanca fans that have worked flawlessly for decades.
